By providing your consent, you grant the company Nadace Pangea, Company ID: 40763757, with its registered office at Rohanské nábřeží 671/15, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, registered in the Foundation Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section N, File 365 (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”), permission to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”): identification data including name, surname, date of birth, address or residence, company ID, VAT ID, phone number, email, and other personal data concerning primarily the content and form of the services provided to the data subject by the controller.
Your name, surname, profession, profile picture, and email may be processed based on your consent. These data are necessary for access to the Virtue Education members’ portal. The controller will process personal data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. The termination of one of the legal grounds for processing personal data does not affect the processing of personal data (to the necessary extent) based on another legal basis (and for the relevant purpose).
By agreeing to the above processing, you give your explicit consent. The provision of personal data is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example, by sending an email or letter to the contact details of the company – nadace.pangea@gmail.com / Nadace Pangea, Rohanské nábřeží 671/15, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8.
